By using bubblydecors.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products & Personalisation

All products are made to order. Production begins after we receive your personalisation details.
You are responsible for ensuring personalisation details (names, spellings, photos) are accurate. We will produce exactly what you submit.
We reserve the right to decline orders with offensive or inappropriate content.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods via our payment gateway.

3. Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email/WhatsApp. After confirmation, you will receive a customisation form — please fill it within 24 hours to avoid delays.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.
Once personalisation production has started, cancellation is not possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, and content on this website are owned by Bubbly Decors. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bubbly Decors is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, acts of God, or events beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
