📦 Where We Ship

We ship pan-India to all states and union territories via the most reliable courier service for your pincode.

🕐 Processing Time

Since all our products are personalised and made to order, please allow:

• Standard personalised products: 3–5 business days to produce
• Complex/custom orders: 5–7 business days
• Rakhi orders (seasonal): 2–4 business days (during Rakhi season, order early)

Production begins only after we receive your personalisation details via the customisation form sent after purchase.

🚚 Delivery Time

• Metro cities (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune): 1–2 days after dispatch
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–5 days after dispatch
• Remote areas: 5–7 days after dispatch

Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.

📬 Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a order tracking via SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can track your order on the courier’s website.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• Orders below ₹999: flat ₹79
