🎁 About Personalisation

How do I personalise my product?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a link to our customisation form (Google Form) via WhatsApp or email. Fill in the name, upload your photo (if required), and choose any colour/style preferences. That’s it — we handle the rest!

What photo quality do I need to upload?

Please upload a clear, high-resolution photo (at least 1MB). Avoid blurry, pixelated, or heavily filtered images for the best results. For group photos, ensure all faces are clearly visible.

Can I preview my design before it’s made?

We send a digital preview/mockup on WhatsApp before going into production. You get one round of revisions included.

Can I change my customisation details after submitting?

Changes can be made within 2 hours of submitting the form. After production starts, changes are not possible. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp.

📦 Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Total time = Production (3–5 days) + Shipping (1–5 days depending on your city). Metro cities typically receive orders within 5–7 days from order date. Check our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship across India?

Yes! We ship pan-India via Delhivery, Shiprocket, and India Post.

Is there free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60–₹80 applies based on location.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number on WhatsApp. You can track it directly on the courier’s website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and all major digital wallets through our secure payment gateway.

Can I return a personalised product?

Since products are custom-made, returns aren’t applicable. However, if your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it for free. See our Refund Policy.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?

Please send us photos/video of the damage on WhatsApp (+91 73491 33339) within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement quickly.

What materials do you use?

We use premium acrylic, MDF wood, resin, and aluminium depending on the product. Each product listing specifies the material used.

Do you do bulk/corporate orders?

Yes! We offer special pricing for bulk orders (10+ pieces). Contact us on WhatsApp for a quote.

Do you take festive season orders in advance?

Absolutely. For Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day — we recommend ordering at least 10 days in advance to avoid delays.
