Getting your personalised gift from Bubbly Decors is simple. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Browse & Order 🛍️

Find the product you love on our store and place your order. Complete payment — your spot in the production queue is confirmed.

Step 2: Receive Customisation Form ✉️

Within a few minutes of your order, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message (or email) with a link to our customisation form. This is where you tell us exactly what to make.

Step 3: Fill in Your Details 📝

In the form, you’ll share:

Name(s) to print on the product (please double-check spelling!)
Photo (if your product includes a photo) — upload a clear, high-res image
Colour or style preferences (if applicable)
Any special message or additional notes

💡 Tip: Fill the form within 24 hours to keep your delivery on schedule.

Step 4: We Send You a Preview 👀

Before we go into production, our design team creates a digital preview of your product and sends it to you on WhatsApp for approval. You get one round of changes included.

Step 5: Production Begins 🎨

Once you approve the design, we start making your product. Production typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the product type.

Step 6: Dispatch & Delivery 🚚

Your order is packed securely and dispatched. You’ll receive a tracking number on WhatsApp. Delivery takes 1–5 days depending on your location.
