Our Policy on Personalised Products

Because every Bubbly Decors product is made especially for you — with your name, photo, or custom details — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items once production has begun. This is standard practice for custom-made products.

✅ When We Will Replace or Refund

We will issue a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged in transit: If your product arrives broken or damaged, share a photo/video within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp: +91 73491 33339
  • Manufacturing defect: Printing errors, wrong colour, or production mistakes that are our fault
  • Wrong item received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered
  • Order not delivered: If your order is lost in transit and not delivered within 15 business days of dispatch

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Incorrect personalisation details submitted by the customer (please double-check your form before submitting)
  • Minor colour variations due to screen calibration differences
  • Products that have been used or altered

💡 Tip: Record a short unboxing video when you open your package — sharing it with us on WhatsApp helps us approve replacements much faster.

🔄 Replacement Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue
  2. Our team will review within 1 business day
  3. Approved replacements are produced and dispatched within 5–7 business days
  4. Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
